Twitch HQ 2 has been officially revealed!
As most of you know, Twitch HQ 1 was made for a mapping contest hosted by a Twitch streamer known as Vargskelethor (a.k.a Joel from Vinesauce) way back in 2016-2017. This wad was made, released, and played live on stream for thousands of viewers to see, with the majority of people loving it's level design, custom assets and voice acting, and the stupid comedic plot that makes no sense. All done in under what I believe was one or two weeks. Looking back, Twitch HQ 1 was pretty cool even with it's flaws, but knowing now that Twitch HQ 2 is right around the corner and is going to be ten times better than the first one is surely going to hype people up!
So what's the point behind this blog post anyways? Well, obviously, it's to announce the very upcoming release of Twitch HQ 2, and to talk about the stream it's going to be showcased in. A while back I had actually announced that the wad was indeed leaked in a doom stream unrelated and before the doom contest. I went into a full technical breakdown about it, but I'd rather not talk about it here, since it's pretty much old news at this point. But by then, everyone knew it was coming. I just so happened to keep it a secret for far too long!
